			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently had a major hard drive failure in my computer, just before I went home to Northern Ireland for Christmas actually. Now, normally I&#8217;m pretty good about backing up my files, and have a number of flash drives and external hard drives. Unfortunately, I hadn&#8217;t backed up my Outlook PST files with ALL of my client contacts and months of emails&#8230; not necessarily a bad thing in some respects! However, if only I&#8217;d had this handy piece of software, it would have saved me a lot of hassle.</p>
